About Lunga Ntuli
I am an entrepreneur, founder of LN Watches, bestselling author, and sports consultant whose work explores what makes us most human: how we love, how we grow, how we compete, and how we show up for ourselves and one another. My journey from working as a car guard to building a purpose-driven career has shaped my belief that resilience, ambition, and self-belief can transform a life, and continues to guide the way I lead, build, and serve through my ventures.
About Me
I am an author and writer, and a proud Durban University of Technology alumnus with a qualification in sport psychology. I have also completed the FIFA/CIES Sport Management Programme, which deepened my understanding of performance, mindset, and the business of sport. Drawing on this background, I have had the opportunity to work with organisations and professional athletes, creating spaces for honest reflection, growth, and high performance. My work is rooted in real conversations and the quiet, often unspoken questions people carry about love, commitment, identity, pressure, and change. I am drawn to the places where joy and pain meet, and to the lessons that emerge when we are honest with ourselves and each other.
Author & Entrepreneur Bio
Over the years, I have focused my writing on relationships, love, personal growth, and sport, becoming a bestselling author of books that speak to both the heart and the mind. I am interested in how people navigate pressure, expectation, and vulnerability — whether on the field, at home, in business, or within themselves. Each book I write is an invitation to reflect, to question familiar patterns, and to consider healthier, more intentional ways of being, and to recognise the leadership we are all capable of in our own lives and communities.
My Work and Purpose
Much of my work starts with simple but difficult questions: Why do we love the way we do? How do we handle disappointment, temptation, and failure? What does it take to grow without losing ourselves? How do we perform at our best when the pressure is highest? By exploring these questions, I aim to offer language, tools, and stories that help people better understand their own journeys — in life, in love, and in sport.
As a sports consultant with a background in sport psychology and sport management, I work with organisations and professional athletes to strengthen mindset, build emotional resilience, and align performance with purpose. Whether I am writing about romance, family, heartbreak, ambition, or sport, my intention is the same: to create honest, relatable work that encourages reflection, healing, courage, and high performance grounded in self-awareness. I believe that when we understand our patterns, we give ourselves a better chance to love well, choose wisely, and keep growing.
